1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Premarke website and services ("Premarke", "we", "us"), operated by [Company legal name], a company registered in [Country] under number [Registration number], with its registered address at [Registered address].

By creating an account or using Premarke you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• You are responsible for making sure that using prediction markets is legal in your jurisdiction. Premarke is not available to residents of [Restricted jurisdictions].
• You may hold only one account, and you must use it for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else.
• We may ask you to verify your identity, age or source of funds at any time, and may restrict your account until verification is complete.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at support@premarke.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Deposits, balances and withdrawals

• Premarke accepts only USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20). Sending any other token, or using any other network, may result in permanent loss that we cannot recover.
• Each account receives a personal deposit address. Deposits are credited after the required network confirmations.
• Your balance is held by Premarke on your behalf. It is not a bank deposit, does not earn interest and is not covered by any deposit protection scheme.
• Withdrawals are sent to a TRON address you provide. You are responsible for entering it correctly; blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. Withdrawals may be reviewed and may require manual approval before they are sent.
• Minimum and maximum amounts and withdrawal fees are shown on the fees and limits page and before you confirm a withdrawal.

5. Markets, positions and pricing

• A market asks a question about a future event and lists its possible outcomes. Taking a position means buying shares in an outcome.
• Prices are set automatically by a market-making algorithm and change as people trade. The price you see before confirming is an estimate; the final price is set when your position is placed.
• Each winning share pays 1 USDT when the market resolves. Shares in outcomes that do not happen pay nothing.
• You may sell shares before a market closes at the price available at that time. Once a market closes, trading stops.
• We may pause trading on a market, for example if it was created in error or new information makes its question unclear.

6. Resolution and disputes

Each market states the source used to decide its result. After a market closes, we resolve it based on that source. If the source is unavailable, ambiguous or changes its report, we will resolve the market in good faith using the best available information.

If you believe a market was resolved incorrectly, contact support@premarke.com within [number] days of resolution with the market name and your reasons. Our decision after review is final, except where the law gives you other rights.

7. Fees

We charge a trading fee each time a position is opened or shares are sold, on both sides of every market and whatever the result, and a fee on withdrawals. Nothing is deducted from a winning payout. Current fees are published on the fees and limits page. We will give notice before increasing fees; changes do not affect positions you already hold.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• trade on a market using confidential information, or on an event you can influence;
• manipulate prices, coordinate trades with others, or use multiple accounts;
• use Premarke for money laundering, fraud, or with funds from illegal activity;
• use bots, scrapers or automated tools that disrupt the service, or try to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.

9. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect other users. Where the law allows, we will tell you why. When an account is closed, any remaining balance that is not subject to an investigation or legal restriction will be returned to you after open positions are settled.

You can close your account at any time from Settings once you have no open positions, balance or pending withdrawals.

10. Risk disclosure

• You can lose all of the money you stake on a position.
• Prices can move quickly, and past results do not predict future outcomes.
• Blockchain networks can be congested or unavailable, which may delay deposits or withdrawals.
• Laws on prediction markets and digital assets vary by country and can change.

If trading stops being fun or affordable, take a break. You can close your account from Settings.

11. Liability

Premarke is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including blockchain network failures. Our total liability to you is limited to [liability cap]. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Premarke after that means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law
